ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

University degree in Information Sciences, Social Sciences or a similar field;
3 to 4 years of professional experience in the field of computer data management;
Excellent computer skills, including mastery of the Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, MS Query builder and MS report builder);
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written);
Skills in adult education would be an asset
Capacity to handle confidential data and information
Very good ability to communicate (spoken and written);
Good data analysis and synthesis;
Autonomy, sense of responsibility and initiative;
Ability to define priorities;
Ability to adapt, to work in a team in a multicultural environment;
Administrative and organizational skills developed (coordination, transmission of information, etc.);
Strong interest in new technologies;
Self-training skills and integration of new tools and methodologies.
