Enko Education is looking for a superstar Marketing & Admissions Officer for its school in {name of school} to lead the roll-out of our marketing actions and student recruitment. This is an opportunity to help develop an innovative and unique model of international schools.

Overview of the role:
We are currently looking for a Marketing and Admissions Officer to join our team at Enko La Gaieté International School in Yaoundé to contribute to all aspects of our student recruitment strategy. The duty of the Marketing Officer is to implement the marketing strategy enrol in Enko Nyamunda International School.
Your scope of activity will include:

• Design the marketing plan: choose the best actions to achieve the student recruitment target
• Collect new contacts from potential parents by setting up different marketing actions: partnerships with primary schools or companies, recruitment of Enko ambassadors, field marketing actions
• Track these contacts through our CRM tool to lead them to registration
• Contribute to the creation of marketing content
• Manage all school communications: newsletters, e-mails, SMS campaigns to prospective parents and registered parents
• Manage the school’s Digital media:
• Create content for the website and make sur it is always up-to-date
• Manage the Facebook page : creation and publication of relevant, original and high-quality content, interact and respond to users

The person in charge of the role will report to both the Head of School in Yaoundé, and the Student Recruitment Manager in Johannesburg

As an ideal candidate, you:

• Are fluent in French and English, spoken and written
• Have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a renowned university in Marketing or Sales
• Have already worked in an international environment or in a relevant position
• Are e self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision, are objective-driven
• Have excellent written, verbal and presentations skills
• Ideally, you know about Cameroon education landscape
• Exceed at building and maintaining commercial relationships
• Share our excitement and understands the challenges of offering affordable international education in Africa
• Are very organized and love to multi-task
• Master MS Office
• Ideally you have already used a CRM tool (Salesforce, Pipedrive) and CSS (Wordpress)
• Know everything about Social Media and how to get people to like your Facebook page
