Main Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the accounting, treasury and collections departments
• Ensure the day-to-day accounting of transactions to prepare monthly closings
• Ensure the preparation of accounting and tax reports
• Prepare the monthly consolidation package
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax procedures and ensure the correct preparation of tax and social statements
• Manage relations with the external auditors
• Animate, motivate, help develop the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Experience in retail business
• Strong skills in accounting, consolidation and taxation
• Comfortable with the Office Pack, especially Excel, and ideally have a good command of Navision and Viareport
• Ability to work under pressure
• Rigor, reliability and proactivity
• Respect of the deadlines
• Honesty and highh sense of confidentiality
• Good writing skills
• Good sense of communication
• Organizational quality
• Sense of priorities, autonomous and methodic
• Speak English and French fluently.
