Human Resources Operations Intern - Jumia - Internship (6 months)

Main Responsibilities :
- Ensure a proper onboarding of all new staff
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (absence, annual leave, maternity leave, new joiners, leavers...)
- Staff administration
- Relation with Health Care provider (staff complaints, new staff enrollment...)
- Update of the internal HR platform to ensure clean and up to date information
- Follow up on offboarding process for all leavers
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Participation in HR projects
- 1 - 2 years experience in a Human Resources Management
- Perfect knowledge of local labour law
- Good communication skills (Writting & Speaking)
- Organizational skills
- Time Management skills
- Team spirit
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to solve problems effectively and in a very short notice timing
