The potential candidate should be able to develop a marketing plan and integration strategy for services, mobile and web applications, website e.t.c including all the resources needed for the implementation and results to obtain.
The digital marketer should have done similar tasks or market products or services online before, experience with eCommerce marketing and sales funnel design and integration will be an added advantage.
Google Adwords Specialist. Experience running mobile ad campaigns on a variety of display and search advertising mediums – Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.
Editing and cutting photos and videos and make beautiful visual content under tight deadlines
Paid media (Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube advertising)
Latest trends in website design and experience in overseeing web strategy and management.
Develop a brand style guide to ensure consistency in marketing efforts
Create a multi-channel marketing content strategy
Manage external partners for marketing collateral creation
Track KPIs of marketing campaigns
Write marketing messages for online and offline campaigns
Create an editorial calendar
Community management proven skills is a must.
Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
Growth Hacking Professional or Experts
Build large database of Prospects and clients and increase conversion rates.
Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
Content marketing & growth hacking techniques and distribution strategies
Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas
Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel
Communicate with the members of the Executives about marketing goals and results
Partnering with agencies in the creation of brand positioning and communication strategies
Generating brand activation ideas and strategies based on consumer insights
Analysis of brand performance, competitor performance and channel dynamics.
Development of communications plans in support of new product launches and promotional events
Support of innovation teams in consumer analysis, concept development, and graphics development
Email marketing, with a solid understanding of email and database strategy and email best practices
Exigences
Experience analyzing conversion rates, acceptance rates, failure rates, bounce rates, and other common KPI’s
Proficient with Excel (Pivot tables, Data Visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
Excellent interpretive skills, allowing the candidate to understand and make recommendations to improve our business
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven leadership and Relevant marketing experience
Unique experiences that demonstrate creative instinct, passion for marketing and deep consumer empathy
Passion for consumer brands and Familiarity with digital media platforms
Strong analytical skillset with ability to find actionable, pragmatic solutions to complex problems
Ability to adapt in a dynamic and ambiguous environment and Strong drive for results
