We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, understanding their needs, and matching them with living spaces that meet their criteria. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a drive to close deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Stage and present living spaces to prospective clients.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to advertise available properties.
Identify and connect with new potential clients.
Assess clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
Negotiate terms and facilitate the closing of rental or sales agreements.
Exigences
Qualifications:
3–5 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
